The Black Excellence Classic Edition is the first product release from My Cards to the public. Creators Emiliano and Rondel identified a void the marketplace. African Americans and Black people globally, have a high propensity for playing cards but there weren’t any card decks representative of them in the marketplace. The goal of the deck is to reflect the modern-day Black person - with as many different facial features, complexions, hair types and hairstyles that we could fit into a 54 standard playing cards deck, showcasing our beauty and diversity as kings and queens.
